Welcome to the weekend wrap up

Welcome to the stage of chronic migraines, body aches and constant itching with the occasional cramping from the body stretching to accommodate the growing life inside your uterus. 

Sat.  Well this day was an interesting day, the baby wasn't hyper or moving a lot during the day but wow that night when I wanted to go to bed yeah he was all over the place. He love's his name Kayden he's getting used to us talk to him... it's funny when Lorne talks to my belly. Kayden likes it, he starts to move around. 

Sun. BUSY DAY... after a rough nights sleep, ton's of cleaning, and two sick kids man my body was worn out by freaking 5pm. But I knew I wasn't gonna get a lot of rest and boy was I right. As soon as the events died down and the guest left, I got into my PJs and attempted to rest and KAYDEN said nope it's time to DANCE... so with him dancing around I took my hubs hand and had him rest it on my belly... well Kayden kicked him a few good kicks then settled down until he moved his hand away :( 

 it was a awesome moment and feeling when daddy got to feel his little buddy kick up a storm ... it's more an eye opener for them that hey we aren't making it up...

We wanted a name that was different, that you didn't hear a lot and something that was individual from everyone else in the house... well we did it we picked out the perfect name for another perfect baby boy!

19Weeks with 21Weeks to go!

Wow, it feels like just yesterday that we found out we were pregnant with our third child. Can't believe in 21 weeks we will be bring a little boy home from the hospital, well that's if I don't come early! I have another Ultrasound on Friday, July 20th followed by another prenatal visit! I seriously can't wait! We've shortened the list of 32names to 5 names that we both liked ... shockingly we had that many in common. I'm hopefully gonna work on some other names, because word got back to me doesn't like ANY of those names really... seriously depressing... That's the hardest part... naming the baby! I'm showing more now... there really isn't hiding it anymore... but that's okay I like this baby bump!

How your baby's growing:

Your baby's sensory development is exploding! Her brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Some research suggests that she may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, talking to her, or singing a happy tune if the mood strikes you.

Her arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of her body now. Her kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on her scalp is sprouting. A waxy protective coating called the vernix caseosa is forming on her skin to prevent it from pickling in the amniotic fluid.

Well I'm sure all be back to post a picture or update a blog, before my next appointment if not fair well till then... all I know is I must keep an eye on my post placenta previa and also make sure this baby gains the right weight! On the upside I have been feeling this little one move and it's really exciting :D

Today was my ultrasound... it was an alright Ultrasound... we found out that my placenta is behind the baby... who's apparently close to my cervix... so if I get spotting between now and my next ultrasound I'm in big trouble... yikes this happened with Sean too. I have to go back for another Ultrasound on July 20th before I'm seen for my next OBGYN follow-up appointment because this baby boy didn't want to have his picture taken. Just like his daddy... let alone just wasn't moving around he was comfy were he was. Now the fun part picking out baby names. I want to get it done and get used to the name, Lorne wants to wait... This is killing me! Sean his oldest brother really wanted a sister, and Connor didn't really want a brother either... yikes two very disappointed boys! But hopefully the next time in a year or five they will have their little sister, because I WANT TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE GIRL!


So as we've come to tell everyone... everyone is very happy and excited for us. I can't wait for my next ultrasound even if this happened before with my first baby. Right now the tricky part is picking names and getting these boys used to the idea of having another boy in the house. I was honestly really hoping for a baby girl but instead got a baby boy but either way I'm happy! I can't wait for December ... another Halloween and Thanksgiving were I'm pregnant at least all be able to toast in the NEW YEAR this coming year! and have a few on Christmas :D yay! I'm still excited and of course all still be having a baby shower even if it's a boy! Over time we tend to get rid of things that's always needed for the next time around... My plan is to have all my kids before my husbands 40th birthday which is 3 years from now... I'm good in 3 years all be what 26... Sean will be 6, Connor will be 5 and hey the baby will be 3... I don't want to have any kids after my 30th birthday I don't think I could do it!

Weekend overhaul... and excitement for Friday

Wow I'm 17weeks and 5days pregnant, this past weekend I dropped 3-4lbs yet gained it back yesterday by pigging out! This heat has been a total killer... from headaches, to aches and pains, to being completely dehydrated. Can't wait until 7-6-2012 when I have my next Ultrasound because that's when we find out what the gender is :D

I'm more excited to see how the baby's doing, if they are gaining weight, if they are still due in December and what not... they are also check for abnormalities :( but it's a good thing... I'm just worried and sadly it's not my first pregnancy it still scares the crap outta me!

Count down till gender knowledge is 4 days away!
I'm doing alright besides the heat, the drama hopefully leaves so the stress goes away if not this might be a LONG PREGNANCY with COMPLICATIONS
